This is a loose-leaf herbal tea (infusion) made of only dried buchu leaves
How to use:
Add 1g or 1 tsp to a tea bag or stainless-steel infuser for 1 cup of tea.
Add 3g or 3 tsp to a large tea bag or stainless-steel infuser for a pot of tea.
Buchu is rich in:
- Antioxidants – diosmin, rutin, kaempferol, quercetin, hesperidin
- Flavonoids – increase urine production
- Vitamins
- Polyphenols –
May assist with:
- Kidney health
- Urinary tract health
- Irritable bowel syndrome
- Blood pressure
